David B. Gandee serves as Chief Executive Officer and is a co-founder of Gandee Heydinger Group, LLC. Mr. Gandee is also the owner and founder of Gandee & Associates, Inc., located in Dublin, Ohio. Graduating from West Virginia University in 1975, Mr. Gandee has gained over 35 years of engineering experience in both the public and private sectors.

Since that time, Mr. Gandee has served as principal and project designer in charge of hundreds of environmental projects. Mr. Gandee has also performed numerous presentations and seminars concerning environmental engineering projects, and provides expert testimony and litigation research.
